Ryan's journey in the funeral industry began in Chicago, where he worked in his uncle’s funeral home in the late 1990s, before the family business was sold in 2008. This early hands-on experience gave him a profound understanding of funeral home operations and the critical role they play in serving families. From there, he built a career that led him to work with some of the largest funeral home and cemetery consolidators, gaining deep insights into the industry's business landscape.

Over the years, Ryan has led vendors, advised funeral home and cemetery owners, and played a key role in driving industry-wide growth. His expertise spans sales operations, human capital management, acquisitions, marketing, and strategic partnerships, allowing him to provide tailored solutions that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
